"Chip" Roy Earl Spencer was born August 13, 1962, in Baldwin Park, California, to Peggy Joy Locke. He was raised and attended school in Cordell. Chip loved to go fishing, camping, and tell jokes. He was a jack of all trades working in carpentry, painting, CNA, oilfield, and welding. Chip was preceded in death by parents, Buddy and Peggy Maddox; sisters, Darla Burch and Sandra Serratt; and a twin brother, at birth. He is survived by daughter, Brittany Apald; and grandchildren, Karizma and Kamden of Wichita Falls, Texas; sisters, Carolyn Tucker of Ridgecrest, California, Pat Serratt of Cordell, Oklahoma, and Mickie Collins of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Visitation for Chip Spencer will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., at Ray and Martha's Funeral Home in Cordell
