Memorial Services for Loretta Lowe 86, of Bessie will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the 1st Mennonite Church at 700 South 19th Street in Clinton, officiated by Greg Shultz and Daniel Mosburg and under the direction of the Kie sau-Lee Funeral Home.

Loretta Ann Lowe was born December 2, 1935, to Carl Holliman and Agnes (Schmerier) Holliman in Washita County, OK and passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, in her Bessie home.

Loretta was raised in Washita County mostly in the Bessie area. She attended the MK & T School and then graduated from Cordell High School.

She married Donald Lowe on October 6, 1973, in Dallas, TX.

She managed apartments while living in Dallas, TX and she was a dietary aide at the Cordell Christian Home in Cordell.

She loved the Lord. She attended the First Mennonite Church in her youth and then attended Bessie Baptist Church during her adult years. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flowers, cooking, collecting Santa Clauses and roosters, and she enjoyed decorating her home for the holidays. She also loved spending time with her grandkids and she loved her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Karen Coates, niece Jennifer Fudge, great nephew, Maverick Fudge and brother-in-law, Archie Klassen.

She is survived by two daughters, Shannon Drew and husband Danny of Bessie, OK and Donna Upton and husband Andy of Mesquite, TX; two sisters, Barbara Klassen of Lawton, OK and Carlene Rhody and husband Steve of South Dakota.

She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kelsi English, Alexi Upton and John Drew and four great-grandchildren, Asher English, Lijah English, Miloh English, Beckett Upton and one on the way, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
