Janice Carol Adams

Janice Carol Adams, 64 years old, passed away Saturday, July 16th, 2022 at OU Medical Center with her family by her side.

Janice was born August 2nd, 1957 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Thomas and Donna (Mathis) Crain.

She met her husband Jack Adams in Dill City, Oklahoma where they remained until both of their passings.

Janice married the love of her life on June 26th, 1996. Together, they have three children, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Janice loved Native American artifacts, spending quality time with her family, fishing, and garage sale shopping. Her favorite pastime was arrowhead hunting.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Donna Crain, her brothers Raymond and Tommy Crain, and her husband Jack Adams.

Janice is survived by her siblings, Tonja Harrison of Dill City, Okie Crain of Cordell, Mary Sikes of Clinton, Dana Wann of El Reno, and Jimmy Crain of Hydro.

She is also survived by her children, Rebecca (and John) Riddle of Roland, Christy (and Gary) Vickers of Ft. Smith, Ark, and Russell Adams of Michigan, and her grandchildren, Destinee Adams of Dill City, Misty Wilson of Ft Smith, Ark, Randy (and Allie) Lewis of Ft Smith, Ark, Desiree Poindexter of Sallisaw, and Dewayne Denney of Ft Smith, Ark. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral : 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church, Dill City, Oklahoma

Interment:Liberty Bell Cemetery, Dill City, Oklahoma.

Visitation : 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 18, 2022 and 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home, Cordell, Oklahoma
