Bonnie Mae Horn was born March 28, 1923, to Paul and Rhea (Rogers) Bookout at Achille, Oklahoma.
In 1933, Bonnie lost both of her parents. She, with two brothers and two sisters, went to live at the Children's Home in Tipton, Oklahoma.
While Bonnie was living in Tipton she attended a revival, meeting and accepting Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior and was baptized.
In 1941, Bonnie went to live with the Hueberts of Corn. It was while living in Corn and working in a cotton field that she met the love of her life.
She and Henry Preacher Horn were married on July 21, 1943, at the Herold Mennonite Church.
Bonnie always had bread or cinnamon rolls baking and was very generous with family and friends who came to visit.
They never left hungry or empty handed. She always had a welcoming smile and a kind word for everyone. Bonnie will be missed by all who knew her.
