Funeral services for Jerry McGhee, 63, Dill City resident, were held Tuesday, November 29, 2016, in the First Christian Church in Clinton, officiated by Rex Yoder and Travis Imboden.
 
Burial followed in the North Burns Cemetery in Dill City, under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
 
Jerry Wayne McGhee was born August 18, 1953, to Alton Wayne McGhee and Mary Leota (Johnson) Mc- Ghee in Sentinel, Oklahoma, and passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016, in the Great Plains Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Elk City, Oklahoma.
 
Jerry was raised in Hominy until he was a sophomore in high school and the family moved to Thomas, Oklahoma, where he graduated in Jerry McGhee 1971.
 
He moved to Arkansas, where he owned and operated a service station until 1996.
 
Jerry moved to Erick, Oklahoma, and was a Repossession Agent for a local bank, as well as farming.
 
He married Paula Yoder-Imboden on April 17, 1999, in Dill City.
 
Jerry had made his home on the family farm, in 1998, where he has continued to farm.
 
He owned and operated TN-Trucking for the past several years.
 
Jerry has also raised honey bees and operated McGhee Family Honey Bee Farms.
 
He is a member of the Masonic Lodge and he loved trucking, working with his honey bees, raising cattle, and loved spending time with his granddaughter.
 
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
 
He is survived by his wife, Paula of the home; son, Travis Imboden of Yukon; sister, Evelyn McGhee of Sulphur, Oklahoma; three brothers, Terry McGhee of Red Oak, Oklahoma, Danny McGhee of Sulphur, and Butch Ward of Sulphur; and one grandchild, Brinkley E. Imboden.
