Billy Rex Kissner was born on October 4, 1935, and passed away on June 1, 2017. He was the son of Carl Kissner and Lavada Peeler. Billy passed away peacefully in a Yukon nursing home. He was born in Cordell and went to both North and South Schools. Along with his parents, Billy was proceeded in death by his son Terry Haslam Sr.; brother Eddie Kissner; and Sister Margaret Brown. Billy is survived by his daughter, Lonna Haslam and children; children of deceased son, Terry Haslam Sr.; Rachel Baker, Joe Haslam, and Terry Haslam Jr; brother, Sammie Kissner, Whitney, Texas; half sister, Patty Albert (Chuck), Ohio; nephew, Roger Kissner and several other nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, at the Judah House of Praise, 600 South Magnolia in Cordell. For more info email: dlkm2017@gmail.com.
