Robin was born December 11, 1954 in Oklahoma City to Otis and Wanda (Meeks) Watkins, and passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City. Robin was raised in Altus and attended school at Southside and later achieved her teaching degree at South- Eastern in Durant. At the time of her passing she was employed at the Elk City Public Schools System. Robin was a member at the Trinity Fellowship Church in Sayre. Her hobbies included Art, and Raising and Training Animals. She was preceded in death by her father Otis Watkins. She is survived by her daughter Shelley Federico and her husband Joe of Flordia, her mother Wanda Watkins of Altus, her Sister Linda Cole and her husband Rex of Elk City, her brother Gary “Bull” Watkins and his wife June of Altus, a grandson Jaden Federico of Flordia, and two nephews Koby Cole of Elk City, Jay Watkins of Altus, two nieces Kendra Cole of Elk City, and Tiffany Watkins of Nashville, Tennessee, and a great nephew Rowdy Cole of Elk City. Funeral services for Robin Wannette Watkins, 63, of Dill City have been set for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Kincannon Funeral Chapel in Altus, OK., with Pastor Andy Taylor officiating and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will conclude in the Altus City Cemetery.
