Vernon Junior ValLance

Vernon Junior ValLance Born February 5th, 1951 passed away Saturday December 18th, 2021 at the age of 70 in Clinton, OK. Known as Junior by his family, he was born in Brazil, IN. to Vernon & Blanche ValLance. He attended and graduated from Patricksburg High School in 1969.

Shortly after graduation on July 2nd, 1969 he joined the Air Force where he served until May 20th, 1977.

He worked multiple type of jobs throughout his life before retiring from K-Mart. Everyone that knew him could tell you his pride and joy was his 3 daughters and his grandchildren.

He is proceeded in death by his father Vernon ValLance, mother Blanche “Ruby” ValLance, nephew JW Hines.

He is survived by sister Mary Steward and husband Larry of Shiloh, IL. sister Eleanor Morrison of Cordell, OK. Sister Etta Barker of Cordell, OK. Sister Linda Thompson-Rogers and Thomas of Spring Bay, IL. sister Ethel Sanders and husband Roe of Martinsville, IN. daughter Jennette Graves and husband Steven of Lake Tapps, WA. daughter Darla Wirth and husband Cory of Brooklyn, IA. and daughter Teresa Hale and husband Jason of North Bend, WA. grandchildren Erin and Branden Graves, Alexandra and Audrey Wirth, Samuel, Joel, Philip and Claudia Hale. Along with several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Vernon will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. A Memorial will be held and announced at a later date. Upon his request his remains will be buried at Ft. Sill in Lawton, OK.
